Johanna is from Berlin but lived as a child in Ukraine. Growing up there had a great affect on her life and style. The Russian Ukrainian War of 2022 has made her relive many memories in bittersweet ways. She brought all of this to her first collection. The film has references to her past and the Ukraine. We developed a language for the film with many subtexts.
